- 1 Bag of Dandies Mini Marshmallows
- Nabisco Original Graham Crackers (the accidentally vegan ones without honey)
- 1 Package Vegan Chocolate Chips
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Stick of Vegan Butter
This is a super easy recipe and makes a great gift. Pack several pieces of bark in a snack box, wrap with a ribbon and give to a deserving person! They will never forget it!
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and lay out graham crackers. In a small saucepan on medium heat, combine butter and sugar, stirring until dissolved. Pour this mixture over the grahams. Use a spatula to spread evenly if needed. Bake for 5 minutes at 350 degrees. While still hot sprinkle on chocolate chips, and spread as melting. Sprinkle on Dandies and garnish with a chocolate drizzle! Once completely cooled you can break apart and enjoy!
