Trail Mix

Maple Brown Sugar Trail Mix


  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup Dandies Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 Tbsp vegan margarine (we use Earth Balance)
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg



Preheat oven to 250 degrees. In a small saucepan on medium/low heat melt butter and stir in maple syrup. Add in sugar and spices and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat. Add Pecans, mix until evenly coated. Spread pecans out on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Toast in the oven for 5–10 minutes, flipping them over halfway through. Let cool completely. In a mixing bowl add granola, candied pecans, cranberries, almonds and mini marshmallows. Keep sealed in an airtight container for up to a month.
