Bourbon Baked Fig S’mores

Baked Figs

  • 1 pint of fresh figs, cut in half
  • 1/4 cup bourbon whiskey
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Brueleed Dandies

  • Dandies Marshmallows
  • 1 shot of bourbon whiskey (non booze fans can substitute coconut milk)
  • Cane sugar



Feeling fancy? Treat yo self with a delightfully boozy baked fig S’more.



Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a bowl Whisk together bourbon and brown sugar. Stir in figs to coat them in the bourbon mixture. Spread on a lined baking dish and bake for 40 minutes or until figs are tender. Reserve liquid. Place a marshmallow on a skewer stick and dip in reserved bourbon syrup. Roll in sugar. Using a kitchen torch, or the flame from a stove, gently toast the marshmallows until the sugar caramelizes on the outside. Make as many as you want! To make the S’more, stack up dark chocolate, a bruleed Dandies Marshmallow, and baked fig between two graham crackers or a vegan cookie substitute. Enjoy!
