Squares, Bars, and Barks
- Handful of Dandies Mini Marshmallows
- 1 Cup of Pitted Medjool Dates
- 1 Cup Raw Almonds
- 1 Cup Raw Walnuts
- 1/2 Cup Hemp Hearts
- 1/4 Cup Raw Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Pumpkin or Apple Pie Spice
These fall spiced bars are filled with super nutritious dates, protein packed Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts, raw pumpkin seeds, raw nuts, and those little delightful Dandies Mini Marshmallows. These snacks will give you vegan magical POWERS!
In a food processor combine pitted dates, almonds, walnuts, 1/4 cup of the hemp seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, pumpkin spice and pulse until crumbs are formed. Spread mixture on a piece of parchment paper and shape into a rectangle. Sprinkle remaining hemp hearts, and pumpkin seeds on on top. Press in marshmallows. Cut in to squares. Enjoy right away or wrap in parchment paper and seal in a container and keep in the refrigerator for up to 5 days!
